Collaborating with Affiliates in VCM
The VCM service and website is inaccessible to affiliates, however there are ways to collaborate with anyone bearing this designation. To check your affiliation, visit directory.duke.edu.
For Virtual Machines
Virtual Machines must be requested and owned by a Duke student, faculty, or staff. However, once provisioned, you can create new users on that VM. To create new users see this faq page for more information.
For Containers
A Duke student, faculty, or staff must submit a ticket to the OIT Service Desk to sponsor affiliate use.
